We are happy to announce that the Company achieved accelerated growth of over 500 percent in revenue for the financial year ending March 2016. We added several large enterprise customers across geographies and verticals to our customer base – fueling our accelerated growth.

We achieved this strong performance by building on existing channel partnerships, establishing new relationships and, expanding further in North America, South America, Europe and Africa.

We also continued with our product innovations in enterprise file security. Enterprise Digital Rights Management(eDRM aka IRM), which was launched around a year back, has contributed significantly to this market traction. It also fulfilled our end-to-end file security theme wherein the corporate documents are secured and protected throughout the lifecycle – at-rest, in-motion and in-use. With rights management, the protection and security of documents now stretch beyond the corporate perimeter and managed company devices – to even third-party devices. The documents that are delivered to third-parties stay in control of enterprise IT and document owners – such that they can remotely change (and even revoke) access rights to shared files even after delivery.

Vaultize is the only enterprise file security platform that offers enterprise file sync and share (EFSS) and mobile collaboration fully integrated with enterprise digital rights management (eDRM) and data protection, while enabling secure access and sharing for employees within corporate compliance and data governance framework.

Banks, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Legal and Pharma have been the best performing verticals for Vaultize. In addition to impeccable end-to-end security, Vaultize’s enterprise control, audit capabilities and data retention have been the key factors in tackling customer pain points for compliance and governance. Additionally, integration with existing infrastructure and security systems (like Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and SIEM) - which increases the return on investment (ROI), helped us win large enterprise deals and continue to gain market share this year.

Vaultize is the only file security and enterprise file sharing solution available with widest choice of deployement options - available as a hosted service on the Vaultize public cloud, on-premise as a single server, as a scalable private cloud and as a series of purpose-built appliances. Most of the large enterprise deployments – particularly in BFSI, have been in private cloud or on-premise. Purpose-built appliance have been favourite of mid-market customer, while public-cloud has been popular with small-and-medium businesses.

Some of the prominent use cases this year have been enterprise rights management for shared files, FTP replacement (secure and managed file transfer), control over email attachments (through Microsoft Outlook and IBM Notes plugins), Endpoint Data Protection, and Mobile Content Management (MCM) for secure enterprise mobility.
