Vaultize Seal

Keep rights and revocation bound to the file.

0:000:00
How Vaultize Seal works A file is sealed at source with rights, watermark, MFA, geo and IP rules, domain restriction, device binding and screen-capture blocking. The rights travel with the file over email, WhatsApp, Teams, cloud and USB, while an immutable golden copy is preserved. Each open is verified by SMS OTP, email OTP or password. The control plane tracks every open, changes policy live and enforces geo, IP and domain restrictions. Six recipients show live rights updates, device-bound scheduled access, real-time revocation including a forwarded copy, and offline policy. Telemetry streams from every copy back to Vaultize. The beats

One loop of about 56 seconds in seven beats. The rhythm is the same one agreed for the Email DRM tile: something enters, it is sealed, it travels, it is checked, control is exercised, and the evidence streams back.

TimeBeatWhat the viewer sees
0 to 7 sSeal at sourceThe document appears and the lock closes. Ten policy chips settle in: View, Print, Watermark, MFA, Geo/IP, Audit on; Copy off; Screen capture off; Domain restriction; Device binding.
7 to 17 sRights travel, golden copyTwo branches leave the sealed file. Upper: the file pill rides through Email, WhatsApp, Teams, Cloud and USB drive, lighting each node. Lower: the vault opens and the golden-copy chips appear (tamper-resistant, ransomware-resistant, governed deletion, sealed at share time).
17 to 23 sVerify accessShield fills; SMS OTP, Email OTP and Password each tick in turn.
23 to 30 sControl planeThree boxes rise: Track every open (radar sweeping), Control actions (gear turning), Geo / IP and domain restriction. The policy bus draws down to the recipients.
30 to 44 sSix recipientsCards rise left to right. Recipient 1: Print is withdrawn live and the copy updates on next open. Recipient 2: device-bound, the opens counter climbs to 3 of 5 inside 09:00 to 18:00, Mon to Fri, other device refused. Recipient 3: Real Time Access Revoked. Recipient 4 forwards to Recipient 5, then one revoke turns both. Recipient 6: offline, 72 h lease, rights still enforced.
44 to 54 sTelemetryDots stream from every recipient down the gold bus into the Vaultize mothership radar; six log lines print with IP, timestamp, MAC address, recipient, location and action.
54 to 56 sHold and loopEverything holds, fades, restarts.

Wording note: the brief said "tamper proof"; the tile says "tamper-resistant" to stay inside the claim register ("-proof" constructions are on the avoid list). Easy to change if you decide otherwise.
